The app ALWAYS struggles to connect to my camera & requires multiple app restarts before it finally connects. It requires you to switch on WiFi for some unknown reason, even though I have unlimited high speed data service, on my phone in order to download any video. And on top of that, the videos listed have no thumbnails, meaning you have to locate your desired video by trial and error. Horrible excuse for an app that needs radical overhauls of both user friendliness and interface.

It works but could be better and there are some settings I wish it had, such as the ability to have the alert sound to continue to come from my RAD 480i and not through the phone when it is connected and the ability to adjust it so it doesn't auto start/connect, the only way I've been able to get it not to auto start is to disable its ability to always search for nearby devices which causes it to prompt me every time I open the app and multiple times while navigating the app

Simple to install and set up, BUT..... I couldn't update the firmware via the app because it kept crashing. I had to take the camera and plug it into the computer to perform the update... No big deal realistically. Problem now is that it won't connect to the camera to view the gallery, but I can see all of my videos if I pull the memory card out. Honestly in today's day and age, high school kids make apps that work. A big company should have this stuff ironed out before it's even released.
