Ratings and reviews

Works enough to access your ticket and the map, but doesn't give any details on anything in the map and when you use the filters it says 0 option available for all selections. Also it does not show you where you are in the park even after confirming location services are on and that the app has access to them. It is extremely disappointing especially when trying to use it at Scarowinds when everything is dark and signs are not around

The search feature refuses to work... No matter what you put in (even the name of the ride), it says you can "not find it." Even if you use the filter to list any ride or even type of ride, it says "0" in the search results. The only thing it does correctly is track your movements in the park, which does no good for the user but tells the corporate office every move you make in their park. As a result, the app is worse than useless to users. Worse than garbage.

So this major iteration of the app is not intuitive like the previous major version. It logged me out and it was not fun backing up the line for parking. The app has restored all of my rewards without expiration dates, awesome! Then I was unable to get my season pass to show up, even though I clicked season pass (which backed up the entrance line). Unintuitive to use. We need a full black dark mode option too.
