Ratings and reviews

App needs to be stable to be effective. Each time I try to view the reports, the app is slow to load and most of the time will load, zero out then reload, taking a long time to provide any information if at all. Please note this is regardless of monitoring on the same wifi network or mobile.

Needs to be updated for Android 13. Usually glitches or doesn't work with turning on thermostat.

useless won't log on. Tried calling them and they had no idea either didn't call me back either.
