UPDATE: After a year it's finally fixed. Ceiva kept telling me it was my phone but app firm has fixed the app. I downloaded a new one and it works great! Won't open...crashes each time. Been paying for it for months...got email from co...working on it - 3 months ago, still nothing.

My review is 0 stars. Since the update on the 5th ... the app no longer works ... AT ALL! It keeps saying that it needs permissions (that I have already allowed) in order to operate. Such a disappointment!! This had been an easy way to send photos to grandparents 6 states away. Please, please, please fix this!

I am having problems and your app is not sending pics. Iget 2 different errors. I have already sent 1 email and have had no response. I sent another today. I need a response. I have the most up to date version installed
