kindly review your dollar to the naira exchange rate. your current is ridiculously lower than the market rate, and you still charge extra N200 onto the already lower rate. if I had continued with the exchange, I would have been getting roughly N950/$. Guys, it's very real, and make this your platform the real deal. everything is perfect about the wallet, the speed, the Marchant purchases, etc. the only snag to me is the Naira exchange rate. kindly work to improve on that.

I deposited money into my Celia account, but when I tried to withdraw it, the app prevented me from doing so. I was told that my account was under a “routine compliance review” and that withdrawals were temporarily disabled. I understand that compliance checks can happen, but users should be given a clear explanation and a reasonable way to access their funds. I have been trying to withdraw my deposited funds without success. My experience has been very frustrating.

I really love Celia exchange app. transaction are carried out in speed of seconds. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for not just a self custodian wallet but a wallet that can store up value,swap crypto assets and so much more. The only thing that is missing is trading activities like speculating price movement of coins,and possibly forex and stock trading
