About this app

** NOTE: If you are experiencing stability issues with the Cellcom Visual Voicemail app, please ensure you have the latest version installed before calling support. This app is updated regularly in an effort to ensure stability and security. **

With Cellcom Visual Voicemail there is no need to call in or listen to your voicemail messages in sequential order. Instead, you will see a list of your voicemail messages on your Android smartphone, and select in any order, which ones you wish to play, call back, forward or delete. You can quickly get to the most important messages first, or delete unwanted messages without even listening to them.

This app will allow you to manage various voicemail functions, including:
• View a list of your voicemail messages.
• Play messages in any order you choose.
• Pause, rewind and fast-forward messages while playing.
• Reply to voicemail messages by a call back or text message.
• Forward voicemail messages via email.
• Change your voicemail password.

NOTICE: Cellcom’s Visual Voicemail App sends outgoing SMS messages to communicate with the voicemail server. Cellcom customers are not charged for this outgoing SMS message.

ALERT: The PCI Security Council has mandated a rule based on vulnerabilities associated with security protocols used by outdated operating systems. After June 30, 2018, the Cellcom Visual Voicemail App will no longer support outdated Android versions below 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) for security reasons. Android versions 4.0 - 4.4.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, and Kit Kat) will continue to be supported, but you will need an up-to-date version of Google Play Services installed in order for the app to function properly.

this app works about half the time. sometimes my messages take forever to load, sometimes they don't load at all, getting stuck in an endless loop, or indicating there's no message when I know there should be one (like from my doctor's office - they tell me they left a message, I can't get it). it would also be wonderful if this app would just give me the text translation of my voice messages.

People leave messages and you can view them. BUT,you can't listen to them for a few hours to days. They are stuck in loading screen & all icons are disabled. There's always been something wrong with it that directly affected operation. Mostly useless. I have called and sent digital complaints, but they go unanswered. Best advice they give you is to restart your phone, un-install it and re-install the app. My advice, switch to ANY other provider if you can.

This app used to work well. However, now it pops up a message about data saving, and then one about power saving before you can see EACH message. YES, I chose each of those features. Respect my choice and don't waste my time. I also don't like that I have to delete eac message individually, rather than being able to choose multiple to delete. I use voicemail to increase efficiency. Currently the app wastes so much of my time!
