cellSaúde is an application developed and supported by Venture Builder PalmHealth, in partnership with WYR and APS REDE, for the Management of Discounts, Benefits and Advantages Network, linked to the management of the portfolio of accredited and regional partners, at a Brazilian level, offering easy access to the system's customers and associates through a digital platform.

The cellSaúde system is managed by Master Franquia Brasil cellSaúde, through its local franchises (cities/zip code range), whose Units offer physical and virtual support to meet all customer relationship needs with the network, as well as promote development of new e-commerce platforms in the MarketPlace model, allowing the growth of businesses managed through the application, also offering added fintech, as a means of payment and ease of use for the user.

cellSaúde does not operate in the market as a Health Plan, being only a discount portfolio manager, not intermediating payments between clients/associates and the accredited network. All technical responsibility for the services and products offered to customers/members who use the cellSaúde network are entirely and entirely with the accredited partners, who provide them with discounts for the portfolio in question. The amounts are paid directly by the customers/user associates to the suppliers/service providers and they assume the responsibility for delivery, as well as exclusively supporting the charges, taxes and fees that may be levied on the commercial operations established with the first, users of the cellSaúde network.

The cellSaúde brand is registered with the INPI. All Rights of Use of the Brand and Model/System of the cellSaúde app are reserved and the exclusive property of its holder.
