Current version (February 2022) automatically switches phone to silent mode after answering any incoming celltrust call, so the phone will not audible ring for any incoming calls on your carrier # either unless you explicitly turn the sound back on after each and every call. Happening for months now, and unbelievable that this hasn't been fixed yet, 4 months later and counting. Edit: celltrust response "we're working on it!" ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATER for a show stopping bug really tells all.

We regret any inconvenience from the silent mode issue. During a CellTrust call, the app mutes your native phone app to prevent ringtone disruptions or hearing risks. Sound is restored after the call. For help, contact your CellTrust Admin to escalate to Support. Then in the app, go to More > About and Help > Report a Problem to share your logs.

Sometimes receipt of text messages takes hours. Half the time, calls don't ring through, when calls do work, the call quality is hit or miss. Issues persist in the next version. Might even be worse now?
