DC Drive is the official delivery driver companion app from Bitek Services (Cenntrax). Built for licensed commercial drivers, DC Drive turns your phone into a complete delivery cockpit — from your first pickup to the final proof of delivery.

• Live Route Navigation
Built-in Google Maps integration shows your full route with pickup and delivery stops marked. Open turn-by-turn directions in your preferred navigation app with one tap.

• Pickup Verification
Scan barcodes or QR codes at pickup with the built-in scanner. Manual entry is always available as a fallback.

• Proof of Pickup (POP) & Proof of Delivery (POD)
Complete a guided workflow that captures barcode scans, photos, recipient details, and a digital signature — everything dispatch and the customer need to confirm the job.

• Real-Time Location Sharing
Your location is shared with your dispatch team during active deliveries so they can answer customer questions accurately and keep operations running smoothly. Tracking automatically pauses when you go off-shift.

DC Drive is a private, work-related app intended exclusively for drivers employed by or contracted with Bitek Services / Cenntrax. You will need driver credentials provided by your dispatch team to log in.

PERMISSIONS WE USE

• Location (including background): To share your delivery route with dispatch in real time.
• Camera: To scan barcodes and capture proof-of-delivery photos.
• Phone: To call customers directly from a stop when needed.

What’s new

• Replace a damaged or unreadable package barcode: tap the package → Report issue → Replace Barcode, then scan the new label (camera or scanner). Order labels (SL26-…) can't be reused as replacements.
• Tap any package to report an issue or replace its barcode.
• All dates and times now follow your company's timezone.
• Faster barcode confirmation and small layout fixes.
