Ratings and reviews

This was easily one of the best built and easiest to use apps for expense reporting by far... Since the update in the app to the new sign-in policy it is absolutely atrocious. I've sent emails to try to fix the situation. It just does not work. It has to be pulled up from a web page. Not the app. I understand the reason the reasoning was trying to be more secure. However, it absolutely was a fail on behalf of ease of use.. There should still be a way to use the app and sign in and out.

Password-less Login DOES NOT WORK. I'm required by my job to use this app, and I can never get it to log in. It sends the login link to my email, I click the link, it says I verified my login, but then the app never logs me in. Rinse and repeat. Since the app doesn't work I'm forced to use this from a computer, which is very inconvenient when traveling for work Additionally, The app requires full access to all photos in order to upload receipts. And you can't use PDFs???

*Update* - 2/19/2026 spoke with center card support. Had to delete Edge because of authentication error due to outlook and edge. App is working perfect now. Thank you Marissa. 7/30/2025 - 2 step authentication has been buggy in last week, making loging into the app to complete receipt upload impossible.
