With the Centivo app, you can easily access and manage your health benefits and find the care you need. When you log into the app for the first time, we’ll verify your membership and help you setup your account. Then you’ll be ready to get the most out of your benefits.

With the Centivo app, you can:
- Choose your Primary Care Team
- Find in-network specialists and providers
- Access your insurance card
- View your claims
- Review your coverage
- Message Centivo Support to get answers to your questions

Note: For security purposes, the Centivo app requires Android 13 or higher

I can't believe they shipped this app. The top system menu bar and the bottom system navigation controls cover buttons in this app. So when I open messages, I can't go back because it's covered by the top system menu AND if I tap the system back, it exits the application. As Software Engineer, I would have never allowed this to ship to a customer. Clearly they did not even do the basic testing. Yuck

12/10/25 update by devolper has fixed the bottom options issue. updated rating to reflect the app is now usable. 9/17/25 Not optimized for Android or atleast Samsung. I dont know if they just took the apple version and slapped it on here or what. The options at the bottom of the screen overlap with the S24 virtual back, home and recent apps buttons so the app options are unusable.

The app is unusable. The navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen are under my phone's operating system back and home buttons, and the back button at the top of the screen is under my notifications bar, so I can't navigate in the app at all.

In this version, we resolved a visual issue where the native Android navigation bar (buttons/gesture bar) was covering essential elements of the app's navigation.
