I can't believe they shipped this app. The top system menu bar and the bottom system navigation controls cover buttons in this app. So when I open messages, I can't go back because it's covered by the top system menu AND if I tap the system back, it exits the application. As Software Engineer, I would have never allowed this to ship to a customer. Clearly they did not even do the basic testing. Yuck

the app tells me to update, but there is no button for update, only to open it. I un-installed the app and downloaded again, but I'm still being told to update with no way to do it.

Hi David, sorry for the confusion. Your device is running Android 12, which is no longer supported by current app releases. Google Play may show "Open" because you're already on the latest version available for your device. Unfortunately, updating to newer app versions requires a newer Android version. Thanks for understanding.

I have to confirm via sms every single time I log in. Also, fingerprint login doesn't work. (edit) fingerprint login "works" but I still need to confirm via sms every time I login.

Hi Sandro, thanks for your feedback. SMS verification may still be required for security reasons, especially after logging out or on new login sessions. If fingerprint login isn't working as expected, please ensure you're using the latest app version and contact support if the issue persists.
