About this app

With the Centivo app, you can easily access and manage your health benefits and find the care you need. When you log into the app for the first time, we’ll verify your membership and help you setup your account. Then you’ll be ready to get the most out of your benefits.

With the Centivo app, you can:

- Find in-network specialists and providers
- Access your insurance card
- View your claims
- Review your coverage
- Message Centivo Support to get answers to your questions

Note: For security purposes, the Centivo app requires Android 13 or higher

I can't believe they shipped this app. The top system menu bar and the bottom system navigation controls cover buttons in this app. So when I open messages, I can't go back because it's covered by the top system menu AND if I tap the system back, it exits the application. As Software Engineer, I would have never allowed this to ship to a customer. Clearly they did not even do the basic testing. Yuck

Downloaded this to activate my new insurance today. App constantly crashes or loses its session forcing you to log in with multi factor authentication every time. I think it's actually slower than making a phone call and dealing with a human being. I will find out in a few seconds. Right after I delete this app.

The app is unusable. The navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen are under my phone's operating system back and home buttons, and the back button at the top of the screen is under my notifications bar, so I can't navigate in the app at all.
