the supporting staff is so unprofessional as i reported my issue 2months ago and it has not been resolved till now. the team asked me for various screenshots and details i provided them then and there but no response after that... its better not to provide such poor facilities like cent awards when at a certain point of time you stop getting those points and larger transaction are not been considered for points.
