Cérge is a companion app for individuals with disability, parents, carers, and support workers to find accessible venues and be assured of an inclusive customer service experience.
The Cérge app allows you to communicate your service preferences to participating venues ahead of time and also as you check in. Get rid of that frustration and anxiety having to advocate for yourself or a loved one every time you are a customer before you start getting great service.

The Cérge mission is to reduce the fear, anxiety and discrimination individuals with disability endure as customers. It is this fear and anxiety which contributes to reduced social inclusion and community participation for individuals living with disability.
Download the Cérge app and give it a go. And please tell your favourite stores to get onboard to ensure you get personalised customer service everywhere you visit as a customer.

Stay in control of who, when and where your share your service preferences. You are the boss. Configure Cérge to work the best for you with control over the app's access to location. Select "Allow only while using the app" to manually check into a venue upon arrival OR update to "Allow all the time" to automatically check in to a venue after sending a notification. Whatever is best for you to support your day. With location settings upgraded to "Allow all the time" the Cérge app collects location data to enable automated check in of a business that you recently notified, even when the app is closed or not in use.
