This app is complete garbage and I'd guess the only reason any of you have it is because it's mandated by your company. Even after working through the somewhat confusing method of linking receipts to expenses to expense reports, the app crashes/logs out constantly. Take a picture, try to save, get logged out, log in, take another picture, try to save, get logged out... If this was a consumer-based app, there is no way it would survive.

It's pretty bad and barely works. I'm able to add expenses partially but when I try to add a destination it won't accept a search. I get a list of places starting with Afghanistan and ending at Djibouti. Cannot search for states or scroll to states beyond D... I'm able to finish the expense by going to the website on my computer but that sucks too. I cannot initiate an expense from the website. So every expense has to start from the app and be corrected and finished on my computer.

They used to have a customer service line you can call and get help when something was wrong in their system. Now it's horrible customer service, constantly expenses are missing and I already warned my company but nothing happens. It sucks for them because they are loosing a lot of money they can write off. You have to wait 3 days to a week sometimes to submit an expense because certify's system is having issues. We're in 2023 we shouldn't have these issues anymore.
