Ratings and reviews

99% of time app is unavailable, and when it is, it gets blocked. Online payment does not work, google pay does not work, information is not clear, the worst utilities app ever.

Bad experience , I created an account and verified the email address, but when I try to log in, the account with that email address does not exist.

Frequently not available! Since the end of March the services that the app should provide are unavailable. This happened in the past, but for a few days at a time only. In case you opted for the online invoice, good luck in paying your energy bill. It is like you are begging CEZ to take your money. All other energy providers have their apps running just fine. Fix the app issues !
