Frequently not available! Since the end of March the services that the app should provide are unavailable. This happened in the past, but for a few days at a time only. In case you opted for the online invoice, good luck in paying your energy bill. It is like you are begging CEZ to take your money. All other energy providers have their apps running just fine. Fix the app issues !

From user perspective it looks like Premier Energy is sabotaging itself. They put both website and app in maintenance since June 6 exactly when I wanted to download the unpaid invoice. Now I have to wait for postal delivery and in rural area that's not happening prior to due date. And who thought it was a good idea to prevent customers from downloading invoices without giving up postal invoice delivery. This makes customers who don't want to pay online to download invoices close to due date.

The most useless app I ever used. It never works and when it does it is only for a limited amount of time, plus it is location restricted, making it very difficult to use if you travel abroad. You will be better off using the web version instead. It is not worth having the app on your phone.
