Frequently not available! Since the end of March the services that the app should provide are unavailable. This happened in the past, but for a few days at a time only. In case you opted for the online invoice, good luck in paying your energy bill. It is like you are begging CEZ to take your money. All other energy providers have their apps running just fine. Fix the app issues !

Aplicația My CEZ este funcțională în varianta mobilă, pe Google Play sau App Store.
Pentru a utiliza noua versiune a aplicației este necesar să parcurgi doi pași importanți:
1. Actualizează aplicația, accesând Google Play sau App Store;
2. Resetează parola.

Bad experience , I created an account and verified the email address, but when I try to log in, the account with that email address does not exist.

From user perspective it looks like Premier Energy is sabotaging itself. They put both website and app in maintenance since June 6 exactly when I wanted to download the unpaid invoice. Now I have to wait for postal delivery and in rural area that's not happening prior to due date. And who thought it was a good idea to prevent customers from downloading invoices without giving up postal invoice delivery. This makes customers who don't want to pay online to download invoices close to due date.
