I don't understand this app. I thought this was supposed to help us purchase our beauty products and medications. why do I have to text a something everytime I want to know about products, remember we have many options and want to consider what best to get🤷🤷 why not post products and their prices, in this way, it wud be so easier for us all?!! you guys need to work upon this to save time for both of us otherwise the app feels useless if I have to go thru all that...

I love that you can access healthy care in an app. it's great, the costumer representatives are very helpful. however if they can have the products listed on the App with their prices, sort of a shop where I can just tick the items I need, make payments and order! that will reduce the back and forth of talking to representatives and make the App experience seemles

The app is fair, still some issues to resolve by the developers,messages sometimes take long to post,even pictures,you press send and the message isnt sent...sometimes you have to go back and return to the chat and what you sent will show as sent,same thing with pictures,you press send and it just isn't sent,as if you dint press the send button,please resolve this asap
