1st pharmacy is a wonderful example of a full range pharmacy. But improvement is needed in getting back to customers when out of stock items become available..which in 24 months has never happened although that message is given. Double check prices given so correct figures are presented. Double check if items are available before giving an estimate and then needing to offer substitutes ...or say items aren't available. I buy the same meds every month so these details are vital for me to know.

It's hopeless, especially when one places an order, it's not seen immediately, a client has to call first and notify the team that an order has been placed !!! So it's better off and QUICKER placing an order on call than the app itself !!!!

Setting the location in profiles is useless, if i can't choose from map, nor boda can access the most important data to deliver. Instead we get calls for directions! Wt* is the purpose of the app! Kind regards,
