- monitor the main vital parameters through automatic connection with medical devices
- collect information on symptoms and answers to questionnaires
- receive notifications regarding scheduled activities
- share educational material to support patient empowerment
- communicate via chat and teleconsultations with healthcare personnel
The use of the App is subject to activation by the healthcare facility which will be responsible for viewing the data sent by the patient, processing and intervention according to the telemonitoring service offered.
ATTENTION: the APP is not a diagnosis tool. It's necessary
contact the relevant healthcare facility that will take care of it
