Considering that the app the manufacturer of the spo2 ring has doesn't work, this with sleep as Android is the only way I've made any use of my ring. Sometimes connections don't work, and data can't be downloaded and retroactively applied to sleep data, but it's much better than the other apps I've tried. If data could be downloaded from the ring later and applied to Sleep as Android data, that would be excellent.

Yes, some user experience connection issue. This is SAA app bug, not O2Ring addon bug.
You can install previous version of SAA app which is tested and works with o2ring here: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/kBq0M7vArYPPtA?uid=1130000014833338
You have to remove current SAA app and install this apk file from the link above.

Latest SAA update improved O2ring as an add-on. I'm on LineageOS 18.1 on Samsung S5 instead of stock S5, but still cant get sonar to work with it. Would uninstall this add and just use ViHealth with it so I can still use Sonar. Dunno why it affects Sonar, hope an update on SAA would fix it in the future.

1. try to set 1 sec interval in addon
2. you measured SpO2 2 days using SAA and NEXT 4 days using ViHealth. It was different days and doesn't mean measurements are wrong.
We can say measurements are wrong only when they are measured at the same time and have difference in comparison. But you measured it in different days, so it's just your guesses.
