Previously, tournaments in RC24 started automatically after clicking the Play button. However, now it requires players to first add each other as friends, create a lobby, and then send an invite. Many players do not know how to follow these steps, or these options may not even be clearly available in the game. Because of this confusion, players are unable to start matches on time, the timer runs out, and matches get cancelled. It would be much better if the system worked the same way as before.

it was an okay app before . very complex for simple tasks but it worked all right if u directed it right ..btw i used it for organising real cricket tournaments .. but this recent update has ruined everything. now this app is basically a glorified excel sheet to keep track of your tournmaent you have to start game manually by launching the game app and the result reporting never begins and well the support of this app is just there for representation purposes ive never recieved a single reply ..

Tournament matches no longer start automatically. The app gives incorrect instructions about lobby and Esports Mode, which do not exist in Real Cricket game . Incorrect lobby instructions cause confusion. Please restore the one-tap matchmaking system.
