About this app

Track and share your hot and cold immersions to achieve your weekly targets.

Our app allows you to track:
- Exposure Type
- Exposure Time
- Temperature

Current research shows that around 12 minutes of cold and 60 minutes of heat exposure, each week ensures optimal health benefits. You can now track your progress towards these targets.

Version 2 of the app, coming soon, will include specific audio-guided protocols to help you take your heat and ice experiences to new levels and to CHANGE YOUR STATE. In the meantime, you can sample some of these sessions within the app now or join us at our brand new state-of-the-art studio in South West London.
