I freaking love this service, everything works, configuration is so easy, it also looks great (both the app, the website and the widget) and it really has all the features most companies need! One suggestion: let us choose multiple languages for each agent (I speak 3 for example but i have to choose only one...)

App notifications are delayed and often not reliable. I enjoy the chat service and wish it would be fixed so I can use it more consistently. Thanks in advance for making the updates for your long time customer.

Truly abysmal. Notifications simply do not work 99% of the time, and the odd time you DO get one, it's 10 minutes too late.
