I'm not even a Premium subscriber, and it has been months since my last login, but I was outrageously charged SGD29 a few days ago. I tried calling the number on their website, but couldn't get througu despite numerous attempts. I sent an email to the support team but Mail Delivery Subsystem replied saying their address was not found at the destination domain. I pm-ed in FB's Messenger also to no avail. This is ridiculous! How do I stop getting charged again? Will deleting my account work?

Popsical charge me $29 for a subscription I did not purchase. I stopped using Popsical for more than a year. Somehow, in Dec 2025, my subscription was "re-activated" without me knowing or authorization. . And they charged me $29.

Overall setup is easy but here's the catch. Minus-One and song quality could be improved. I mean we pay for monthly subscription and deserves better experience. Instead of getting songs straight from YouTube and convert as is, why not just use it as baseline and create better minus-one/karaoke songs? Most songs suck! Kinda disappointed.
