I absolutely LOVE this app. I've been using the free version a few days now, and I'm about ready to pay for the year subscription. waiting on the $$. This is the BEST qigong app and instructions I have come across. I'm so excited about this new journey.. Buy the app. It well worth the $$. A bit more than I'd like to pay, but for all that you get... yeah, its definitely worth it. you'd pay more if you took the classes in person, so, just keep that in mind when you think about purchasing.

It's funny that all reviews have been removed, including my first one. This app has promise, but is still pretty glitchy. And if you want more than their basic teaching, one form per video, and audio of the same, this app isn't for you because you have to pay. The price isn't outrageous but it appears offerings are very limited and you have to qualify for further limited training, but neither the app nor the web page tells you how. It's probably related to purchase. I chose to remove the app.

the instruction is clear and concise and relaxing. I have only been practicing for 2 days and I already feel improved overall wellbeing. thank you for sharing this knowledge with the world
