Switching from a gas powered vehicle to an EV is a stressful experience no matter what, but this app makes the charging part very simple. You just open the app, it shows you your best options, you match up the name of the charger in the app(they all have these random names that will be posted somewhere on the front of the machine), hit a couple buttons and boom you're good. You can save money if you get the ProMax PrestoPass, and they have other deals if you just want to pay as you go.

app was working great then stopped working when they put an ad to save 50% to refer a friend. now the ad won't go away and it literally causing the entire app to crash. even uninstalling and re installing isn't working. there's no way to contact support as the ad crashes every feature

The app itself is easy to use....but the hold price is outrageous....$29.00 is ridiculous and if the charging station doesn't end up working the money doesn't go back on your card immediately so you can try and charge again.... you're out of $29 dollars for hours and God forbid that was your last $29 dollars and you need to charge immediately you're screwed....it take almost all day for them to release your $29 dollars back on your card....why cant the hold be $5 dollars just like the EVGO app
