Discounted rates, fast charging, charging stations are very new and always functional. Clean, well lit charging stations. The Presto app will tell you where local charging stations are, how many stations are in one location, how many are available, and tge app sill tell you how long you've been charging, thd kw/hr, and how much you've been charged. More affordable than Electrify America or other brands. I highly recommend the Presto app over other EV charging apps. I've tried them all.

Switching from a gas powered vehicle to an EV is a stressful experience no matter what, but this app makes the charging part very simple. You just open the app, it shows you your best options, you match up the name of the charger in the app(they all have these random names that will be posted somewhere on the front of the machine), hit a couple buttons and boom you're good. You can save money if you get the ProMax PrestoPass, and they have other deals if you just want to pay as you go.

Ok, things were working out then stopped but let me tell you something an Angel named John connected with me and gave me the best customer service ever today. He took the worry away and surprised me for my trouble. The customer service is always a plus and Presto definitely do not play any games and are there immediately for assistance even if they see you having issues they will contact you and ask if you're OK charging. This is a beautiful insight especially for us Newbs that are learning !
