Ratings and reviews

Frequent Issues with this app despite keeping it updated with most current updates. Continuously closes and does not let you select different sections to enter or check information. My dog loves the fresh food and did not care for the baked food, however, due to constant back and forth on price increases, I will more than likely be switching to a different brand.

make it damn near impossible to CANCEL! I been looking for an hour and still haven't figured it out! both via app and online site. I've followed the faq and still nothing! it's super expensive. I'm not saying it's not good. but I ordered a box, and now im stuck with a $220 bill for coming up too fast. it was already in process by the time I used 1 package. these subscription services are predatory.

When it works, the app is just fine; however, it frequently crashes and hangs up. I am unable to login to my account on the web, which leaves me completely unable to manage my account when this happens.
