make it damn near impossible to CANCEL! I been looking for an hour and still haven't figured it out! both via app and online site. I've followed the faq and still nothing! it's super expensive. I'm not saying it's not good. but I ordered a box, and now im stuck with a $220 bill for coming up too fast. it was already in process by the time I used 1 package. these subscription services are predatory.

I have had constant issues where I can't change from one pet's profile to another one. I have had to uninstall the app and reload it several times.

i could only give 3 stars because my dog doesn't like it. He's already on another fresh pet food and he absolutely loves it. I do love the app and all the various aspects.
