The first screen we see when opening the app, is nothing but a bunch of enlarged blurry photos... Something's wrong! This can't be what you want! Even though app developers must be aware of it (??), it's been like this for months! Also, It shouldn't be that hard to immediately see how much the plan costs. They were able to help me find it, but it's still not very user-friendly. Otherwise, food is great and my dog loves it!

dog food is great, my dog can't get enough. the only problem I have is the website and app. I half of the time, my password will not work, and when trying to reset both the app and website has an issue with my reset. been sending emails and calling the hotline. with no prevail. no solution to this problem. now I'm limited in wanting to pick different things for my dog. developers and analyst needs to have a better solution to problems like this. it would be helpful

Frustrating UI experience - this spans each device I've tried. Android, iPad, Windows. Difficult navigation. Attempt to bypass prompt to receive notifications caused Android and iPad apps to crash. Attempt to verify cost of upcoming order - I have to think it's sitting somewhere, but why make it something that requires Sherlock Holmes skill level? Removing a dog from my account more than offset the prospect of convenient ordering. This isn't worth the trouble, despite the food quality
