Pantry Tracker is an offline-first pantry and expiry tracker. Add groceries by barcode scan or by hand, get "use in 3 days" alerts before food expires, keep a shopping list that restocks the pantry, and see what is expiring on your home screen.
WHAT IT DOES
• Barcode scan, free forever: on-device scanning; product names looked up on Open Food Facts, you always confirm them
• Smart expiry alerts: "use in 3 days", "expires tomorrow", "expired yesterday"; choose 1, 3 or 7 days' notice
• Expiring-soon widget on your home screen
• Categories and locations: fridge, freezer, pantry; quantities and units
• Shopping list: suggestions from low-stock and expiring items; tick what you bought and it restocks the pantry
• Receipt import (Pro): take a photo of a receipt (or pick one), on-device text recognition proposes the items, you edit and approve every line
• Household sharing (Pro): send your pantry to family phones as a file through any app and merge theirs back; the newest edit of each item wins and deletions carry over
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. Your pantry lives on your phone. Barcode lookups send only the barcode number. Household sharing only happens when you send a file yourself; it never goes through a server. Receipt photos are read on your phone and never uploaded.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Pick your language on first launch; the app translates its screens on your phone (the language pack downloads once, then works offline) and you can change it any time in Settings.

Free: unlimited items, scanning, alerts, widget and shopping list, with a small banner ad. Pro (monthly or yearly subscription): no ads, receipt import and household sharing.
