About this app

Still is a quiet journal for daily reflection.

It does not answer, advise, or predict. It gives you a moment to stop and notice what is already there.

Most journaling apps hand you a blank page, and a blank page is the reason most journals stop. Still begins with three small choices instead — how you feel, what sits around it, what you might do next. On the days when words are hard to find, choosing is enough.

WHAT IS INSIDE

Daily reflection — a short prompt, a place to write, and a quiet reflection back. Two minutes is a full session.

Reflection without writing — some days you do not want to type at all. Choose a few words and let the reflection come from those.

For Two — the same question, held by two people. You each reflect alone, and what you write stays yours: it is never shown to the other person.

Work — think through something difficult at work without turning it into a task list.

My Garden — a place with nothing to finish and nothing to water. It is simply there.

Letters — write something to yourself and receive it back later, when you have forgotten you wrote it.

Your past reflections stay searchable by a word you remember, so you can look back at what you were carrying in a particular week.

WHAT STILL DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO

No streaks. No scores. No badges, no levels, nothing to keep up with. Still does not measure your feelings or rate your days, and missing a week costs you nothing at all. A journaling habit that punishes you for stopping is not a habit worth having.

It also does not read your diary back to you as advice. Still is for self-awareness and noticing, not for fixing, coaching, or forecasting.

WHO IT IS FOR

People who want a daily journal but bounce off the blank page. People who journal to understand their emotions rather than to log them. Anyone looking for a calm, private, mindful moment in the day — before sleep, after work, or in the small gap between two things.

Available in English and Vietnamese, with reflections written natively in both rather than translated.

PRIVACY

Your reflections are yours. Still is a private journal, not a feed, and there is nothing in it to post or share unless you choose to.

Still offers symbolic reflections for personal awareness. It does not provide professional, medical, financial, or predictive advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
