Ratings and reviews

Every update I have new problems with this app. For several months I wasn't able to send any images or other media files. After this issue was resolved I stopped getting notifications and I had to check the app any spare minute not to miss an important message. Now I can't open files sent by other people and I'm sooooo exhausted at this point trying to make this work for me.

Great App with all features for communicating with clients. However, it has become a little slow compared to their last versions. For example, if i click on some action it takes few seconds mostly. Rest its all great. I hope team will try to improve speed in next release.

The best selfhosted application for support. BUT mobile client have some bugs. 1. When message is too long text overlays message frame and lay on next message 2. Sometimes crashes when you try to assign tag 3. Web client update faster than mobile and some functions are not accessible 4. In mobile you can't add agent signature.
