Very good but its freezing on ios and crashing on android. I'ts self-hosted and we are struggling to use it on phone

Every update I have new problems with this app. For several months I wasn't able to send any images or other media files. After this issue was resolved I stopped getting notifications and I had to check the app any spare minute not to miss an important message. Now I can't open files sent by other people and I'm sooooo exhausted at this point trying to make this work for me.
