About this app

CheckpointGuard Admin is the mobile management application for authorised CheckpointGuard customers. It helps security-company managers, hotel administrators, supervisors and operations teams monitor guard activity, patrol progress and security events.

Monitor live security operations

View the latest reported position of assigned guards on an interactive map. Check guard reporting status, review recent activity and inspect recorded patrol trails. Access is restricted to employees and locations assigned to the administrator’s organisation.

Verify patrol activity

Review NFC checkpoint scans, geofence visits and patrol records submitted through the CheckpointGuard Guard application. Check completion status, visit times and operational activity to confirm that assigned areas were covered.

Receive important security information

View SOS alerts, security events and operational messages submitted by guards. The activity feed helps authorised administrators monitor activity from their assigned locations.

Review operational reports

Access available patrol, checkpoint, geofence and security-operation information. CheckpointGuard helps organisations maintain structured records of guard activity for internal review and client reporting.

Use the AI Assistant

Authorised administrators can use the CheckpointGuard AI Assistant to request information and summaries based on available operational data. Depending on the organisation’s configuration and the administrator’s permissions, this may include questions about schedules, working hours, payroll-related information, patrol activity and reports.

CheckpointGuard Admin is designed for professional workplace use. It is not a public social, navigation or personal-tracking application.

A CheckpointGuard account created and assigned by an employer, security company or authorised organisation administrator is required. The app does not provide public account registration.

Guard location, patrol and operational information is visible only to authorised users with access to the relevant organisation and assigned locations.

CheckpointGuard Admin works with the CheckpointGuard platform and Guard application. An active CheckpointGuard service configuration and internet connection are required for live functionality.
