CheckpointGuard is a security workforce and patrol management app designed for security companies, supervisors and guards.
After signing in, the app automatically displays the appropriate interface based on the user’s assigned role.
Administrator features may include:
• View and manage guards
• Monitor active guards and patrol activity
• Manage locations and patrol checkpoints
• Create and review schedules
• Review operational activity and reports
• Receive SOS and security alerts
• Communicate with security teams
Guard features may include:
• View assigned locations and shifts
• Complete patrols using NFC checkpoints
• Record patrol activity
• Share location during active work
• Send SOS alerts
• View messages and operational instructions
CheckpointGuard helps security teams organise their operations, document patrol activity and maintain clear records from one application.
Access requires an authorised CheckpointGuard account provided by the user’s employer or security organisation.
Location, background location and NFC features are used only where required for enabled security and patrol functions. Availability of individual features depends on the organisation’s account configuration and the user’s assigned role.
CheckpointGuard is not an emergency service, police service or guaranteed life-safety system. Organisations remain responsible for their own staffing, supervision and emergency procedures.
