Ratings and reviews

I think it’s much quicker and smoother than ordering from the cheese cake factory website. They also have a great rewards system and the menu sorting is done well too. If you know cheesecake factory you know there’s like a million items on the menu. Signup was quick, no ads, just a neat food app. Don’t knwo why it has such a low download number

Online ordering is almost identical to the Cheesecake Factory website but the app runs better. I haven't tested the other functionality (reservations, etc) on either, so I can't provide feedback on those. Regarding other review complaints: I didn't have any issues logging in, so that might be resolved. I placed an order over $30, so I can't confirm if that is a requirement, but I was definitely able to choose my own slice. I ordered for pickup, so there may be some issues with DoorDash.

I downloaded this app on 4/1/2026 and I had no issues with logging into my account. I'm able to access the reward for downloading, which is a free slice (any cheesecake or layered cake) with any purchase (dine-in, pickup, or DoorDash). I hope this helps since some of the other reviews are referring to a different & past reward that was for DoorDash orders only. Update 4/2/2026: I was able to place an order using the app, I didn't run into any issues with the app nor pickup at the restaurant.
