CHEN Cleaning App is the official mobile application for CHEN Cleaning Services,
designed to make laundry and dry-cleaning simple, fast, and convenient.
With the CHEN app, you can place laundry orders directly from your phone, schedule
pickups and deliveries, and pay seamlessly using your in-app wallet. Simply select the
clothes you want cleaned, choose the services you need, pick a preferred store, and
schedule a pickup time either instantly or for a later date.
Your wallet allows you to top up funds in advance. Once your laundry is processed, the store
sends a bill for your review. You can accept or reject the bill before your wallet is debited,
giving you full control over your payments.
You can also walk into any CHEN store and still pay using your wallet by generating a
secure payment token from the app.
