The app integrates with MyChart, so your child’s health information is always at your fingertips.

Save My Spot: Find the nearest urgent care location, see wait times and save your spot in line, all without leaving home. Make the living room your waiting room. We’ll text you when to head in for your scheduled time.

Log into MyChart: Stay connected with your care team and manage health care tasks with ease. Use MyChart in the Children’s Mercy App to message your care team, view health records, schedule appointments, see test results, request prescription refills, and more.

The updated app is much easier to use. With the different tabs, you can get to the information you want much quicker.

I'm not happy with the new app. Trying to get my daughter added to it is just impossible. I keep trying to add my ID to it. Every time, it keeps jumping back and signs me out!

They're amazing Doctors who actually care their receptionists are a whole different story in some locations but if you can get past that you will be happy. The portal comes in handy to connect with doctors and print off your summary of your visit. You can also use it to get doctors excuses for work or school.
