The app would not scan back of driver license Now to do all the alternate procedures to get it done is an awful experience....I expect more from city of Chicago...are they EVER going to fix the app ?!#@#

For a year now I have not be able to register my account to buy stamp.I have applied more than uncountable times. All the app says is incorrect password. Charles Agbohlah.
