One Gym Man is a workout tracker with a monster problem — a fitness RPG where your real gym sessions are the attack stats.
Every workout you log — bench press, squats, deadlifts, push-ups, a run — powers up your hero. Then you take that strength into battle: 30 monsters across 10 threat tiers, plus one weekly boss the whole world shares. There's no gear and no gacha. The only way past the next tier is to actually get stronger.
💪 REAL REPS, REAL STATS
Strength training builds your Strength. Cardio builds your Agility. The numbers on your character sheet are computed from the weight, reps, sets and miles you actually log — the character sheet is secretly a fitness report.
👹 A LADDER OF MONSTERS
Threat tiers run from Wolf (a mosquito with an attitude) to God (don't). Every monster card shows your live odds before you commit — green for an easy win, yellow for a close fight, red for "train first".
⭐ ONE WEEKLY BOSS FOR EVERYONE
Each week the game generates a boss that is identical for every player on Earth, scaled to be a real problem. Beat it before the reset and it joins your trophy wall.
⚔️ COMBAT YOU STEER
Battles are turn-based: Heavy Strike for 1.5x damage, Quick Strike to chain your turns, Defend to block and counter. Your stats set the ceiling; you play the hand.
🔥 STREAKS BECOME DAMAGE
Every consecutive training day raises Morale, and Morale multiplies every hit you land. Consistency is literally a buff.
📝 LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS
The classic barbell lifts — bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, barbell row — plus push-ups, sit-ups and running, with weight, reps, sets, distance and time. Ready-made workout presets fill a whole session in one tap, and Repeat reloads your last gym session instantly.
📊 PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Charts of Strength and Agility over time, total workouts, your current streak, and a complete exercise history.
🏆 A TROPHY WALL
Every victory is recorded — turns taken, HP remaining, date — and any of them can be shared straight from the app.
🔒 YOURS TO KEEP
No account and no sign-up. Everything lives on your device and works offline, and one tap exports your whole save as a backup code you can import on a new phone.
Every feature is free — the app is supported by ads, with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Whether you're chasing your first full push-up or your first 300-pound deadlift, every rep finally counts for something you can see. The monsters aren't getting stronger. You are.
Workout tracker meets monster RPG: log real lifts and runs, power up, fight.
