I thought I really liked the app until I tried temu. the international freight is increasing the products price. imagine choosing a product which cost 5gh and when you check it out you're having 20gh as the final price. please do something about it. but as for my products they arrived at the estimated time. and your customer service is very bad

I downloaded this app after seeing it on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Every payment I tried to make included additional hidden charges that were not clearly explained. The customer service was also poor and unhelpful when I needed assistance. I hope the developers improve their pricing transparency and provide better customer support.

Misleading service. The app charges extra for packaging options like cartons, waterproof wrapping, and sack bags, but many times these are not actually added to the package. When you request a refund, you're asked endless questions and still don't get your money back. Don't offer paid services if you're not going to provide them.
