I thought I really liked the app until I tried temu. the international freight is increasing the products price. imagine choosing a product which cost 5gh and when you check it out you're having 20gh as the final price. please do something about it. but as for my products they arrived at the estimated time. and your customer service is very bad

Misleading service. The app charges extra for packaging options like cartons, waterproof wrapping, and sack bags, but many times these are not actually added to the package. When you request a refund, you're asked endless questions and still don't get your money back. Don't offer paid services if you're not going to provide them.

I placed several orders and it's almost 2 months my orders are still sitting in your china warehouse doing what. You've not thought of packing them. When are you going to pack, confirm the packages, and think of shipping. What is actually the problem? If you can't do so just cancel them and refund my money there are several apps to shop from.
