I thought I really liked the app until I tried temu. the international freight is increasing the products price. imagine choosing a product which cost 5gh and when you check it out you're having 20gh as the final price. please do something about it. but as for my products they arrived at the estimated time. and your customer service is very bad

Savabuy is a terrible app. I ordered some items from the app and paid for everything, including the shipping fee. They even called me to confirm my order and asked me to pay the freight fee. But it has been more than a month now and there has been no update from them. Their customer care is also not responding to my messages. The app is really rubbish, or maybe they are scammers, I'll never recommend this stupid app to anyone cause it's just trash

why do we pay huge amount only for international freight while shipping through sea? You charge service fee, shipping fee, china's freight and international freight.I think this app is a scam 😕 big one . and moreover you guys don't reply messages knowing you are cheating customers. I don't know how but you and I are definitely sure this app must be banned for good. Go and learn from temu and other easily shipping apps.
