Avoid this service! I've tried using it three times, and every time was a failure. The first two times, I paid for a daily pass, but the station just gave me a 'your account is empty' error even though they had already charged my card. The third time, a faulty docking mechanism prevented me from returning the bike, and they wrongfully charged me for an extra 24 hours of rent. Customer support is absolutely useless and completely unable to resolve these technical and billing issues.

Hola! El mensaje que te arroja es cuando el banco no proceso el pago, por ende no procedió la compra. Cualquier duda comunicate con nuestro call center.

Unusable. Could not unlock a bike. Tried multiple times, on multiple bikes - kept giving errors. And the app doesn't communicate with the bike lock mechanism at all. It's all done through the lock mechanism's number pad. Useless.

Hola TJ Kolev, para que puedas utilizar las bicicletas tienes que registrar una tarjeta de debito o credito valida y confirmar que el pago se haya autorizado por tu banco, si esto no ocurre puede ser a diversos factores. Comunicate a nuestro dentro de atencion al cliente para que te ayuden.

The current version of the app is missing all on-screen text. It's just white screens with some basic UI. The buttons work and I was able to login, but sadly text remained missing afterwards so I can't even use the app just to view my 7 digit member code.
