Avoid this service! I've tried using it three times, and every time was a failure. The first two times, I paid for a daily pass, but the station just gave me a 'your account is empty' error even though they had already charged my card. The third time, a faulty docking mechanism prevented me from returning the bike, and they wrongfully charged me for an extra 24 hours of rent. Customer support is absolutely useless and completely unable to resolve these technical and billing issues.

Unusable. Could not unlock a bike. Tried multiple times, on multiple bikes - kept giving errors. And the app doesn't communicate with the bike lock mechanism at all. It's all done through the lock mechanism's number pad. Useless.

The current version of the app is missing all on-screen text. It's just white screens with some basic UI. The buttons work and I was able to login, but sadly text remained missing afterwards so I can't even use the app just to view my 7 digit member code.
