Disappointing once Chopra sold it, as it was Chopra that attracted me to the app. More disappointing is I can't log on and nobody in support seems to care. It's been over 2 months and I'm just told that "it's happening to some people". Now, my subscription is running out and I do not want to renew. I've asked for a partial refund for the time I can't log in. I emailed a few days ago and disappointing again, that I haven't heard back.

App will not load past the ivory colored screen. Started about 3 weeks ago. I sent email letter to support. Their resolve was to Uninstall, then reinstall, which did not work, I tried multiple times. I am very frustrated as I have purchased more than a dozen 21-day meditation programs, which I was using daily, oftentimes twice per day. Now... POOF! Gone. Website is useless too, as my library is unavailable there. Help, and fix your app, please!

Disappointed that I'm constantly being told my subscription is inactive when I paid for a year. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and still am told it's inactive, even after I used it less than 12 hours ago. No help on this issue. Also paid full price and then was given a $20 off offer as a certified teacher, asked for a refund or $20 back since I already paid the $70 full annual amount and was told I couldn't get a refund or a credit. I have sent several emails
