How Buddy Helps You:

As you use your selected apps, Buddy appears as a cute floating character. He monitors your session silently, but the moment you cross your decided time, he’ll gently remind you through animations and voice to get back to your goals. If you continue to ignore the warnings, Buddy will insist on a short 2-minute break to help reset your brain and break the distraction loop.

1. Why we use it: Buddy uses this permission to detect which app is currently in the foreground. This allows Buddy to appear on your screen and provide friendly voice and visual reminders only when you are using distracting apps (like social media) that you have chosen to monitor.
2. Your Privacy: We take your privacy 100% seriously. The AccessibilityService API is used only for app detection. We do not read, collect, record, or share any of your screen content, personal data, or private messages. Companion Buddy works completely offline.
