Don't use this platform as the any problem in your order through this platform won't be addressed, and the customer support executive will only say that they cannot connect with the restaurant. Pathetic service through this app. Pay a couple of bucks extra from other platforms like Swiggy or Zomato if you really want to order from Chowman. But dont use this app, No refunds are guaranteed!!!

I have started using the Chowman delivery app quite recently and the experience has been really great. With on time delivery and lots of offers which aren't present in other platforms, this app has become my go to whenever I crave for some quality chinese food in the city.

Careless management. I ordered from this app during a rainy time period which I know is a bit difficult to deliver but still in the hope that I will get my meal I placed the order. They showed up to deliver the order at 12:38 am (I placed the order at 10:25 PM) I was ready to wait for my meal but at 12:00 am the restaurant called and told me they cannot deliver my order due to weather issues. I told them that they could have informed me early about this but they just kept apologising. Very Bad.
