Very poor customer experience. The outlet in Kammanahalli is proactive about taking customer number to call back for feedback but does not inform about the option of getting 15% discount if ordering on App! We saw the placard mid meal and when asked the server how to get this discount, he sheepishly said we can't as we had to order on App. Why bother to place these discount placards when staff is not willing to inform customers while ordering! Never going back to Chowman again.

I visited the Chowman Garia outlet for lunch and was advised to make the payment through the Chowman app to avail a discount. Although the amount was successfully debited and I received a confirmation email, the payment did not reflect on your app. Despite showing proof of payment, I was asked to pay again. Later, I was informed that both payments were received and that the extra amount would be refunded within 7 days. This situation occurred due to an issue with your app.

My concern about my recent order, which was delivered much later than the promised time. The delay caused inconvenience, and the food was not at its best by the time it arrived.Even the customer support team service is pathetic.
