Great packaging - only if it reaches to you in time. Most of the time delivery is delayed, this time it's delayed by more than 45 mins. Don't order through this app if you are hungry, will deliver cold food after double the time mentioned. Uninstalling now. Customer support think they are doing a favour delivering

I visited the Chowman Garia outlet for lunch and was advised to make the payment through the Chowman app to avail a discount. Although the amount was successfully debited and I received a confirmation email, the payment did not reflect on your app. Despite showing proof of payment, I was asked to pay again. Later, I was informed that both payments were received and that the extra amount would be refunded within 7 days. This situation occurred due to an issue with your app.

very bad experience of ordering food through the app... very late delivery....every item was cold and preparations were bad with no taste at all...very bad...spoken to Manager and reported whole experience with me..
