You seem to have a problem with third-party apps delivering your food, I use doordash because I am disabled I have never had a problem ordering with them and I always throw them a curveball. I would be more concerned with the cherry cheesecake that had one cherry and just a little bit of topping on it as well as the fact that the full length Cheesesteak I ordered had almost no meat. Your concerns with doordash are unfounded Imo. But the quality of the food you sent me should be more of an issue to your managers.
