Ratings and reviews

This app is garbage and the support team is somehow even worse. I ordered food almost an hour prior to closing, the order was accepted and a delivery time was communicated. Then, an hour later the order was suddenly cancelled. I tried to place a new order, but the app kept giving me an error code saying I couldn't place a new order. The support team kept saying they couldn't do anything. Skip the app and their BS.

So, I put in an order when the business was still open, and the order took an hour to go through in their app. That put it past close time while I was laying in bed sick waiting for my food. It was bumped to delivery the next day, so I reached out to the customer service. They said contact the business. I did and they put a cancellation in. ChowNow did not receive that cancellation request for whatever reason. I went through four different customer service agents trying to explain but 0% help.

I appreciate that this app lets me order from the local restaurants that I like, but it is very glitchy on my galaxy phone. I had to enter the order 4 times before it went smoothly enough to be completed. The first time was because I accidentally scrolled to the bottom of the order too fast and it reloaded the page. Then it lost my order while I switched apps to check on a text with someone who I was ordering for. Then Googlepay wouldn't work.
