Ratings and reviews

The app works well for ordering and paying. There is a fee added to your food order. You "earn" coupons, however, I've only ever had 2 work correctly. (over several years) Custom service is ok. There is always a "reason" the code didn't work - the best is that the email and code I received were a glitch. Expiration dates are very small, all the way down at he bottom of the email, by the unsubscribe link. Other than the ability to order AND pay, The app has no value to me.

I didn't see that my order was set to "pickup" instead of "delivery" because I've always had it on delivery by default, but it must've reset 🤷🏽‍♀️ And I don't drive and there was no way to cancel the order or get a refund, so I had to reorder the same thing and have them pick up both as the solution... Basically paying double for sonething I only wanted one of, and the first order was of course cold by the time I realized what happened 😓

It's a really good app other than the fact I've only been able to order 1 time from my favorite poke place (without the insane upcharges as DoorDash and more money to the business) but every single time after that whenever I go to pay it just sits there doesn't go through, even if I have money in my account. I haven't been able to order it through the app for the past month and it's more convenient than going in sometimes.
