About this game

Control trains: operate & drive trains through different landscapes, earning coins to spend on Driver Training runs where you qualify to upgrade your license to drive later, faster, locomotives.

Start with Britain’s 1928 steam train Morayshire, then upgrade to diesels e.g. U.S.’s Santa Fe, Britain’s Freightliner + Class 460 (Gatwick Express), & Australia’s S class (Southern Aurora). Peak with Japan’s Bullet Train! Then there’s 2 mystery locos to unlock.

You can play offline – no WiFi / no internet required – you will just miss out on Rewarded Videos offers.

GAME OVERVIEW
- Play Long Haul first, collecting Frees & earning Coins from pickups & reaching stations. Your locomotive can only travel a max of 10 stations due to the track changing size (gauge). To advance into the next 10-station map, play Time Challenge to upgrade your locomotive to a newer/faster one.
- Time Challenge: Replay each of the 8 tracks as fast as you can (swipe up+down to change your speed) to keep beating your best times. You need to lower the Total Time of all 8 tracks to upgrade your locomotive.

INSTRUCTIONS

CONTROLS BRIEF
- Prevent crashing by tapping left/right of screen to change the tracks ahead, & in Time Challenge swipe up/down to change your speed
- For Pause/Quit Game: use your device’s Back Key

LONG HAUL
- How far can you go?
- Keep train on correct track by changing the points: tap left/right of screen. Your speed is fixed
- A Dead-Man's-Switch appears top-left: tap it before 0 to avoid an emergency stop
- Earn coins for Time Challenge & MultiPlayer by completing levels & picking up coins
- Pickup FREEs for free-runs in Time Challenge
- Tap all 3 AutoPoints pickups – 10 secs of speed & Auto Points!
- Upgrade your Loco in Time Challenge. Each Loco starts at later stations (& higher score) & faster
Tip:
Use the FREEs you pickup in TimeChallenge before they overflow, by quitting LongHaul often (your game is saved)

TIME CHALLENGE
- Unlock new Locos by lowering the Total Overall Time of the 8 tracks
- Choose each track & beat your best track time
- Upgraded Locos have faster top speeds, so re-run all the tracks after you upgrade!
- Speed control: Swipe screen UP/DOWN. Since tracks change too, remember to swipe on the side of screen of required track's direction

MULTIPLAYER

Ratings and reviews

Fun game at first but after you play a while it dead-ends fast. Can't pass to the next set of very short levels unless I pass time challenge. OK. I did do that & got the Red Diesel. Can't go back to the Steam Engine from start of game. The Red Diesel doesn't even follow the tracks through switches. REALLY? This is the same engine in all of your ads but it doesn't even follow the tracks? Advertisements non-stop, long 30 second LOUD ads too! Can't buy more routes or trains with in-game currency.

I love the easy to use interface and the colours are very nice. Its a lot of fun to play, and the time trials and track variations make it fun to 0lay over and over. I wish there was a train whistle but the free auto-tracks make up for that. Well done Chrawfish.

Great little train operator game. I nearly gave up but by about game 20 I finally got my timing right with getting my loco engine on the correct train track. The arcade game style graphics look cool but not to scale though!
