ChronCare is free to use. You can log as much as you like, and the free tier keeps your most recent 14 days of history - symptoms, vitals, wellness and Insights - plus up to 10 medications, appointments and your Emergency ID.

CHRONCARE PREMIUM (OPTIONAL)
Unlocks your full logged history - trends, correlations and flare-risk across everything you have ever recorded, with no time limit - removes the medication limit, and adds the provider health-summary export.

Nothing you log is ever deleted. Older entries are simply outside the free window, and reappear if you subscribe.

ChronCare Premium Annual - $99.00 per year

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
