I have already reached out and received an email and response confused that the app keeps closing. I'm not too sure why they would be confused I'm sure I'm not the first person to contact them about this after I go put in my height and weight it just closes. I'm very much not happy because this is the only app that works for my watch I really don't want to return the watch because the app doesn't work. Please get this fixed before I have no more time to return my watch if need be.

the dial shop you can't even go into at all it just gives a blank page and you can't even change it from military time on the watch.

Its the best smartwatch app I have ever seen.It gives software updatesike other expensive clone watches.I'm using their latest m9 ultra 2 which cost about 15 dollars or less.It has all the capabilities and features like other expensive clone watches such as the double tap finger gesture smart island etc.But the problem with the app is that sometime doesn't connect the watch correctly.The second thing I'm facing right now is the firmware upgrade says not found.You'll should fix that issue
