Ratings and reviews

The recently added mandatory liveness verification or whatever you call it is not working on my Samsung S22. After I enter the OTP, it throws error: "Error in request. Search permission without one of the mandatory fields is not allowed". I don't see any missing fields (entered my name, selected email OTP, entered the received OTP), so it must be an internal error. It seems this new feature was not tested prior to release, and now I can't access my money - how ridiculous it is!

Genuinely one of the worst bank apps I've ever seen. Ever since the new updates, the app will glitch out in the middle of transactions, show error messages while you're scrolling through it, and the live face matching might be one of the dumbest additions they could've made. It adds nothing and stops you from doing basic bank transactions. I've been trying to send money for 2 weeks and it shuts down. It's as if they wanted to make the online banking process more difficult for their users.

Terrible UI. The old version was more user friendly, I could easily understand what button did what. This new version is extremely confusing, and to make matters worse, it forces you to have a profile picture with your real face or you can't access your account. Even after setting the profile picture, it says information is missing even though there is no missing information! Terrible app most probably made with vibe-coded AI. Bring back the old version!!! Nobody likes this new one!
