This is a very sad matter. Why can't we, the soldiers, use the money we get as salaries? Many of us have old model phones with versions below 10, but now due to the app update, none of us who have Android versions below 10 can use it. It is a very sad matter that to run an app, we will have to buy a new phone again. I am drawing everyone's attention to this matter for your kind information so that we can run these apps with any version of mobile.

The disgusting banking apps seen ever in Bangladesh. It required Android 10 & above to use the apps whether all other banking apps using Android 5 & above version. They even don't care about customer's complaints. Seems like they don’t need customer other than Army & salaried person.

I did not receive any email or sms notification after i changed my Login password. Please add credit card statement details both in BDT and USD part which can be accessible via app.
