Ratings and reviews

The previous version was working fine. For security upgrades, they forced me to download this version, which has LOTS of issues. Took me nearly 20 mins to log in. Providing the correct phone number was showing an error, the app failed to recognize my device and had to register the "old device" as a "new device" and unable to use most of the application's features (showing sorry for the inconvenience error).

Previous version worked fine for most transactions. Recent update reset everything. The forgot password, ID and Unclock feature doesn't work properly. OTP doesn't get received and email option causes app to crash. Last ditch effort was to contact the help desk and reset the ID. very inconvenient and annoying considering the bank's status. Could take some ques from CityTouch or even DhakaBankgo.

After creating the account, I was told to get the pin from call center to activate the account. But whenever I call I get no response. The last time I called I waited four minutes. It cost me 10 taka for nothing. User experience is really bad.
