No activity! I've scheduled and made a payment, but your app shows nothing under activity for 2 accounts. I have an email confirming the payment was made, but the balance in the app has not changed 3 days after the payment was made. Disappoint... 😒 😒 😒
Needs fingerprint login and FICO score! Still behind other bankong apps. On my iPhone 6 it was the first banking app to support TouchID but on my Galaxy 6 no fingerprint ID as of yet. BofA has fingerprint ID. We need fingerprint login and the ability to look at the FICO credit score like on the website, Discover Card shows the FICO score in there app why can't Amex!! Also every time I log into the app it asks me to allow Amex notifications.
Server issues resolved I just got an update and I am now able to sign in. The app works great now. Thank you for fixing this new issue!
Doesn't work. We have an AmEx card. Unfortunately, even living in the United States, I'm told to pretty much take my credentials and shove it; that this app only works for United States cards.
What did you expect?! Great app! Works flawlessly to manage almost every aspect of every card account I hold, to the point I don't really use the site anymore except for reward point redemption, offers & travel. Easy to use interface & secure- love that I can see all card charges/activity (on cards I've chosen) via the notification panel on my phone, as it's easier to track expenditures & monitor fraud. It's an AMEX product- of course it's great!
Compatibility for Android N has been added Thanks to the developers who worked hard to push the latest update. Appreciate the effort. Beautiful app that is fully functional. Direct extension of the website.
