Ratings and reviews

I was an American Express cardmember for over 20 years and have maintained a consistent on-time payment history throughout that time. Despite being a long-term, reliable customer, my request for an APR reduction was denied without any meaningful explanation. It's frustrating to see new customers receive promotional rates and better terms while loyal customers who have demonstrated responsible credit use for decades are offered no consideration.

App. isn't bad. I don't like how it prominently shows the interest rate (which continues to repeatedly drop), for their savings account, but you have to search everywhere for the credit cards interest rate. Seems a little shady. That's my main reason for the low review.

talking up tech support feels like talking to scammers. I've been trying to set this app up for a week and a half. It kept telling me connection problems try again later. Today I clicked help and called tech support. first the computer asked for either the full credit card number or my full ssn. is the app not working because it's a scam and I've been putting my card number into scammer hands trying to sign up? i hung up and called the number on the back of the card
