Your App sucks. Everytime I try to use this payment system I have to verify more personal information. WHY do I need to give you all my personal information to buy a movie ticket! You give people 5 minutes to buy a ticket and then when the payment fails 50% of the time, the system isn't even smart enough to release the booked seats for the next frustrating attempt.

worst UI/UX ever, payment history is not there, can't see booked seats or change payments method

Hi Cinepolis team, I think, for me personally, I like the version before this one much easier to use. I don't know where to check for the coming soon movies using this app, my profile page is blank. And tbh I like the version before this because I can easily check my nearest Cinepolis one by one with the movie and the showing time. Hope you guys can fix this maybe would make it easier and simpler to use ✌ thanks!
