why my location always not accurate, always resetting my location every I'm log in to application. if I'm not recheck the location I can accidentally order to another cinema not at my hometown

I booked a ticket, It didn't gave me time to write my credit card numbers, it just cancel and my promo just vanished away, my seat got booked when I the one booked it never pays and now I can't choose those seat because the system thinks it's already booked by someone else which is me the one booked it but never got the chance to pay, fix your bug please

Your App sucks. Everytime I try to use this payment system I have to verify more personal information. WHY do I need to give you all my personal information to buy a movie ticket! You give people 5 minutes to buy a ticket and then when the payment fails 50% of the time, the system isn't even smart enough to release the booked seats for the next frustrating attempt.
