Your App sucks. Everytime I try to use this payment system I have to verify more personal information. WHY do I need to give you all my personal information to buy a movie ticket! You give people 5 minutes to buy a ticket and then when the payment fails 50% of the time, the system isn't even smart enough to release the booked seats for the next frustrating attempt.

My location always wrong so i need to adjust location first and it's annoying & takes time; Instead of saving my login, it asked me to log everytime i open; and why cinema app always charged us more when we book through its app.

I don't know about the UI, experience, features, and anything else about the app. The thing is i cannot open this app at all. i'm always stuck at splash screen never able to get into the app. i updated this app a lot of time and the problem still presist. So the only option to buy ticket is through Tix.id or at the cinema
