Attempted to contact support via email regarding an unauthorized purchase, but they have completely ignored my messages. They are refusing to assist with a refund for a transaction made without my consent. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this app. I don't even want to give any star actually 0/5.

There was a deduction on my account and it was for this game and I wonder why they deducted it using my back up account without my permission..it would be nice if they would pay attention to this because I got a huge amount and I can't use the game. I sent a message to the developer but no reply so far. I hope they will give me a refund.

SCAM! They prey on children. my 8 yo accidentally purchased a monthly sub ($75). I canceled it less than 2 hrs later, when I saw it on my banking app. I usually promptly remove my pay info after paying for my own subs, but this time I didn't have time before work. I tried reaching out to the developers to explain that it was an unauthorized transaction and requested immediate termination and refund. no response.
