Ratings and reviews

Can't speak for exercise tracking, but for tracking sleep, this app with a Gen 2 ring are simply SUPERB. Been using it for months, and it has been DEPENDABLE. Even more to the point, the data has been reasonable and very useful, even agreeing with medical monitorings. Activating the sleep monitoring mode could certainly be quicker! But the data transfer rate is fabulous compared to other devices I've used. I've made a couple suggestions for improvements & my feedback was treated with respect.

Apparently one or more recent updates broke something. App can get real-time info after a bit, but sync to download sleep tracking never completes. Sync progress is very slow, and app keeps crashing before in completes. No full sync in a week. Open the app and it goes right back to a very slow download. Release notes say bug fix. Apparently, my obscure Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra isn't a device worth regression testing for the "bug fix" in the release notes. Just ordered a Samsung Ring.

Definitely more polish on this app than other cheaper rings I tried. I bought the ring for real-time spo2 but the app says the feature is coming. the app intermittently tracks sleeping spo2 but hasn't for the last 3 nights. app.consistently shows "no data" even after it has plenty of data to show.
